Common questions
Auto-import isn't logging anything. Make sure the Shortcuts automation is still pointed at "Add Expense from Text" and that Settings → Privacy → Automation allows Spendiqo to run without confirmation. A bank changing its SMS wording can also need a quick parser update — email us the (redacted) message format and we'll take a look.
My data isn't syncing between devices. Check Settings → iCloud Sync is on for both devices, and that both are signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive enabled.
I want to switch from another app. Spendiqo can import a CSV export from most expense trackers — see Settings → Backup & Restore → Import.
I want to cancel Spendiqo Pro. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple — go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Spendiqo, and cancel there. We never see or store your payment details.
Delete your account / data
Spendiqo doesn't have a server-side account to delete — there's nothing on our end to remove. To erase everything on your device, go to Settings → Data → Delete All Data.
